How do I place an order? (top)
When you have chosen to buy a product, simply click the "Add to Cart" button for that item. Clicking this button will place the item in your shopping cart. Then, you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you have finished adding items to your cart you can make changes to your product quantity or click the "Checkout" button.

When is my credit card charged? (top)
Your card is charged at the end of the day on which you place your order

Will prices display on the packing slip of my gift order? (top)
No.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered? (top)
We ship out orders within 2 business days after you place your order. We are in PA. UPS ground delivers to PA, DE, NJ and NY within 2 days of shipment. Express delivery takes 2-3 business days throughout the country after we ship it out. Overnight delivery takes just one business day once we ship it out.

Are items shipped as soon as they become available or when the entire order is complete? (top)
Generally items are shipped within 2 days after you place your order. However, if you one of the items you wish to buy is showing as out of stock, you may contact a Customer Service Representative through our Contact page and request that we group all items on your order to ship together.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted? (top)
Orders cannot be changed once they have been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and in the majority of cases our fast processing time works to your advantage.

What if I prefer not to place my order online? (top)
Our site is a secure site, and all information received is confidential. We do not keep credit card information on file, If your order is over $100, you may email us requesting to have a customer service rep call you back to take a phone order.

 

Does my browser need to be set to "accept cookies" to place an order? (top)
Yes. Your browser has to accept cookies to place an order with us. Generally, browsers accept cookies by default. However, you may need to change your settings to enable cookies if you're experiencing problems in the ordering process.

How do I cancel an order? (top)
We process orders very quickly and once an order enters the fulfillment process we are usually unable to modify it. Please go to our contact us page to email us if you have a request to modify or cancel an order. Generally we are not able to stop an item from shipping once you have completed/ confirmed your order online.

Is there a minimum order? (top)
Yes, there is a $10 dollar minimum for orders placed on the website.

What methods of payment do you accept? (top)
We accept credit card payment in the form of American Express, Master Card and Visa.

Is it safe to use my credit card online? (top)
As you complete your order through our online store, you'll be asked for your name, address and credit card number. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the leading data encryption technology on the Internet, to send this personal information in an encrypted code to our servers. This encrypted data is stored on a protected server until your credit card has been charged. (Please do not email your credit card info to us; only use the checkout process on our website.)

How much shipping and handling will I pay? (top)
MrLight bases its shipping charges on your total order weight.

Do I have to pay shipping & handling for each shipment on my order? (top)
We generally ship items as soon as they become available. If you receive multiple shipments due to some items on backorder, you will not be charged additional shipping & handling for each shipment.

What is Mrlights.com's return policy? (top)
If a product is not functioning properly, MrLight will accept your return for the full purchase amount within 60 days of purchase.

What if my product arrives damaged? (top)
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contact a customer service rep through our contact page to arrange for a refund/ exchange.
